These handy apps make problem-solving easier than ever before; from interactive interfaces that introduce basic concepts step-by-step, to sophisticated calculators tailored for ultra-tricky equations. Let us show you how technology can make the path toward understanding mathematics easier .

1. Cymath

Cymathis a popular math solver tool students can use to get assistance with their math problems. Students can either type in their math problem in Cymath’s search bar or use the camera of their device to snap a photo of their problem. Cymath recognizes the problem and provides step by step explanations. Cymath supports ‘equation solving, factoring, logarithms, exponents, complex numbers, quadratic equations, trigonometry, partial fraction decomposition, polynomial division, etc.’

2. Photomath

Photomath is another great math solver students can use to solve math problems. Photomath is only available as a mobile app for Android and iOS devices. The way it works is simple: After installing photomath, open the app and use it to scan a math problem or you can manually input the problem using the app’s smart calculator. Photomath takes care of the rest and provides detailed step by step explanations to the problem. Mathway is a free online math calculator that assists students with their arithmetic homework. DeltaMath is another good math problem solving app for students. It offers randomized math problems for students grades 6 to 12 with the ability to get instant feedback on their performance. There are over 1800 ready-made math problems all of which are aligned to Common Core. The premium version of DeltaMath offers instructional videos for each problem, auto-grading, and many more. 5. Wolfram Alpha

Wolfram Alpha It is an app that can be used to perform calculation, provide mathematical, scientific, and other forms of expert-level answers in an easy-to-understand format. It also provides unique features such as visualizations and step-by-step solutions for complex problems.

6. Gauthmath

Gauthmath is a math homework helper app that provides step-by-step solutions to all types of math problems including word problems and geometry. The app also offers access to online math tutors to help learners with their math problems in algebra, graphing, calculus, and many more.
